Hi everyone. Aiden here with Etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and later be showing you how to install this RetraxPRO XR hard tonneau cover on our 2016 Toyota Tundra. Now, when it comes to hard tonneau covers, you've got a couple of different styles. You've got the roll up and the trifold that'll sit on top of the bed rails, but this one is going to be a canister style and really all that means is it'll roll up to a canister at the front of your bed, meaning that nothing blocks the back window of your tundra. In this video we're gonna talk about how it looks, how it fits, and I'll also show you how it installs into the tracks of your 2023 Toyota Tacoma. So who would be interested in a tonneau cover Well, if you want to protect the cargo inside your truck bed, keep it safe from the elements as well as prying eyes, then a tonneau cover is gonna be a great way to do so. And this being a hard tonneau cover, we have that solid surface helping prevent theft and making sure that everything is nice and secure. This is the quad fold, hard tonneau cover, which means it folds up four times and I have mixed feelings about how it fits on the Tacoma. With the five foot bed, I actually would prefer the Leer tri fold hard tonneau cover, but if I had the six foot bed Tacoma, then the quad fold makes more sense. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Leer Hard Tri-fold Tonneau Cover on our 2023 Toyota Tacoma. We actually have kind of an angle on our cover that's designed to help deflect water. So this particular cover will not need drain holes or need you to drill any additional holes. One of the great features is it allows you to access your cargo area without having to release your cover. In general, if you have your truck bed locked, you can kind of consider it semi secure. However, you know it's not the same as a trunk, so just kind of keep that in mind as far as security. more

Leer Soft Tonneau Cover Installation - 2023 Toyota Tacoma- Video
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Leer soft tonneau cover on the 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The Leer soft cover is actually a really good cover if you're not necessarily wanting something that's gonna give you any type of surface to use. One of the cool things about the way that it's designed, the tracks are actually a beveled edge and it's secured using hook and loop. So that's gonna help you get a seal and as well give you a path for your water to drain down. The way that you can release it is actually really cool 'cause you can go from either side using your release clamp here and it activates only using one hand, which is really decent because you may have something in your hand while you're trying to get your cover up. And as far as the way that this guy rolls on the first panel closest to your handle, this latch is gonna help work its basically a structure to keep it rigid and you're gonna have three other aluminum poles in the middle. more

Access Tonneau Cover Manufacturer Demo- Video
If the cover comes with an element seal gasket, cut two 1 1/2 inch sections, and place them to fit the gaps between the front bulk head and the bed rail. Loosely assemble the brackets to the rails using both flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. Remove the plug at the end of the channel. Slide the carriage bolt bracket and bolt into the channel of the Utili-Track, with one set per rail bracket. Position the side rail with the weather strip against the inside lip of the box. Line these carriage bolts up with the brackets, and secure them with these serrated nuts. more

Extang BlackMax Soft Tonneau Cover Review - 2014 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2014 Toyota Tundra, with a 5 and a half foot bed, we're going to be installing the Extang blackmax soft tonneau cover, part number Ex2460. One really neat feature about this tonneau cover, the one that kind of sets it apart from others, is that by being a full snap cover, meaning it snaps all the way around, it allows you to gain access to the front corner of your bed here, without removing the whole cover. You'd simply pull a couple snaps off here and you can reach in and grab something, saving you a lot of time as well as effort putting the cover back on. Now, one of the nice features about this cover is that because it does snap across the front rail here near the cab, you can completely remove the cover without removing the base rails or the 2 side rails in the front rail, giving you complete access to the bed of your truck. Now, another nice feature of this tonneau cover is the clamps themselves have dual slots built into them, allowing you to adjust how high the bow is to go through the center of the tonneau cover are set. All right, today on this 2008 Toyota Tundra were going to install part number BAK126410. This is a back flip, fiber max hard tonneau cover. All right, to start off our install well go ahead and take the rails and well go ahead and install them to the side of the truck. These will install on the inside edge of the bed. Today on this 2007 Toyota Tundra were going to install part number B1618101 from Best Stop. Were going to start off our Tonneau cover all folded up as it came out of the packaging. Well go head and sit it on the rails of the bed and well pull off the protective coating on the pads underneath. Well go ahead and take it and square it up on the bed. Make sure its square in the corners and then well go ahead and unfold the Tonneau cover all the way in the back. Then well start at the back end and make sure its even front to rear. more

Tonneau Cover Installation - 2007 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today we are going to install part number 245701 from TruXedo. It is their TruXport Tonneau Cover. We are going to install this on a 2007 Toyota Tundra Pick Up Truck. We are going to show you the components of the tonneau cover here. First off we have the actual tonneau cover itself, with the front rail already installed and also the back rail is installed on the back part of the tonneau cover in the inside. It is rolled up now, you can not see it. Next are the clamps that hold the tonneau cover in place. It comes with six clamps and all you need is a 1/2in socket or ratchet wrench to tighten them down. There is only one tool to install all of this. Then you have the two rails, of course the left and right side. And then the foam packing which you see in the middle there that is part of the weather seal that goes underneath the corners of the tonneau cover. more
